What is an APR liner?
APR stands for Anti-Polishing Ring. These liners have a hardened ring built into the top that prevents carbon buildup on the piston crown. This helps protect the cylinder wall, reduces oil consumption, and improves the longevity of your engine—especially under hard driving or high-load conditions.
What are fracture-split rods?
Fracture-split connecting rods are manufactured as a single piece, then cracked in half to create a perfectly matched surface. They offer better alignment and strength than traditional saw-cut rods. This kit is designed to work specifically with that style of rod bearing.
