Cummins ISX Turbo | CM570 | Stock Replacement — With Wastegate

Available For: Cummins ISX 1998–2002 (CM570)

This turbocharger fits the Cummins ISX from 1998 through 2002 — the CM570, the earliest generation of the ISX platform, built before EGR entered the picture. Most customers buy it as a straight stock replacement: it drops onto the factory mounting points and gets a high-mileage pre-EGR ISX breathing correctly again without any fabrication or adapter work.

Because this unit carries a wastegate, it also serves as the turbo of choice for a wastegated conversion when a customer wants to move away from a non-wastegated setup and gain controlled, more consistent boost across the range.

Manifold requirement. This turbo requires a “butterfly flange” exhaust manifold to fit. Confirm your engine has the butterfly flange manifold before ordering — this applies both to stock replacement and to a wastegate conversion. If you are unsure which manifold you are running, call us and we will help you identify it.
