Cummins ISX Turbo | CM571 | Stock Replacement — NON Wastegate

Available For: Cummins ISX 1998–2002 (CM570)

This turbocharger fits the Cummins ISX from 1998 through 2002 — the CM570, the earliest generation of the ISX platform, built before EGR entered the picture. It is a non-wastegated unit that drops onto the factory mounting points with no fabrication or adapter work.

Customers reach for it in two ways. As a straight stock replacement, it restores a high-mileage pre-EGR ISX on engines that came from the factory without a wastegate. It also works as a slight upgrade for owners running a wastegated setup who want to delete the wastegate and move to a simpler, non-wastegated configuration with one less component to fail.

Manifold requirement. This turbo requires a “butterfly flange” exhaust manifold to fit. Confirm your engine has the butterfly flange manifold before ordering. If you are unsure which manifold you are running, call us and we will help you identify it.
