This 170 degree thermostat kit for CAT C15 and C15 Acert engines includes everything needed for a complete thermostat service. These thermostats open at a lower temperature than stock, allowing the engine to start cooling earlier.
Kit Includes:
- 2 — 170 degree thermostats
- 1 — Regulator housing gasket
- 1 — Regulator cover gasket
- 2 — Thermostat seals
This does not add cooling capacity. It only allows the engine to start cooling at a lower temperature.
