This is the fitting you will need for the supply line fitting on a C-15 or 3406 Cat. This is used on a stock mid mount manifold. For example in a 6nz on Peterbilt 379 long hood would use this fitting for the supply line to the turbo. It can be seen in the picture provided.
Any time that you use a mid mount manifold you will use this fitting for the supply line of the turbo.
