Build a complete twin-to-single turbo conversion package for your Caterpillar C15 ACERT. This configurable kit lets you spec the exhaust manifold, turbocharger, and conversion hardware that fit your engine and build goals. The recommended turbo size for this conversion is 78mm / 1.45 A/R across all three turbocharger options.

Step 1 — Choose Your Exhaust Manifold

Standard 3-Piece Manifold — Traditional segmented design that handles thermal expansion well and simplifies installation and service.

One-Piece Manifold — Black Ceramic — Single-casting design finished with black ceramic coating for improved heat retention and a clean appearance.

One-Piece Manifold — Chrome Ceramic — Single-casting design finished with chrome ceramic coating for premium looks and strong heat management.

Step 2 — Choose Your Turbocharger (78mm / 1.45 A/R recommended)

Zeki Turbo — Solid performance option in the recommended 78mm / 1.45 A/R configuration.

Air-Tec Cast — Aluminum Compressor Wheel — Air-Tec build featuring a cast aluminum compressor wheel.

Air-Tec Titanium — Titanium Compressor Wheel — Premium Air-Tec build with a titanium compressor wheel for reduced rotational mass and higher RPM capability.

Step 3 — Choose Your Conversion Kit

Standard Mid-Mount Kit — For builds running the standard 3-piece mid-mount manifold setup.

Low-Mount Kit — For low-mount manifold builds.

SDP Conversion Kit — Required for engines with an SDP serial prefix.
