The PDI Big Boss™ charge air cooler boot kit is built for trucks that work hard. Each 4" × 6" CAC boot uses 4-ply reinforced construction and three stainless support rings to hold its shape under boost, while a 525°F temperature rating handles the heat coming off the turbo far better than standard hoses. Every kit ships with four boots and eight high-quality stainless steel clamps, so you can replace both sides of the intercooler piping in one job and stop chasing boost leaks, low power, and high EGTs on your Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, or other Class 8 truck.
